There’s something awesome going on in Pevensey Bay tonight (Friday 9 May), writes Jacky Long

Inkspot, the creative writing hub based in the Bay,  is holding its third monthly meeting and it promises to be the best yet..

Inkspot is delighted to announce that Alan Everard, local artist and nature writer, will open our May meeting. He will treat us to a short slideshow featuring aspects of wildlife seen around this time of year. Alan’s love of nature, coupled with his keen artist’s eye, captures brilliant photographic images of the natural beauty surrounding us. .

Following the opening there will be stories and poems of truly the highest calibre – some poignant, some hilarious, all brilliant. 6.30pm Pevensey Bay Baptist Church, Eastbourne Road, Pevensey Bay.
