Swoove Fitness is now on at the St Wilfrid's Church Hall Pevensey Bay EVERY Tuesday 11:30-12:30. Swoove means to sing whoop and move and is a great fun way of burning calories and keeping fit and healthy. It is £5 a session Everyone is welcome any age, any ability.
