MONTYS PYTHON are an Eastbourne Based 5-piece rock band that play classic rock covers from the Sixties through to the present day, together with some of their own material. The name of the band is clearly a “play on words”, possibly because the lead singer resembles John Cleese but also to be considered alongside other local bands of the nineties – such as Toad and Cobra – with their reptile-like names.
