Wealden launches local festive events listing

Christmas is a busy time. To make sure you don’t miss out on local festivities

Wealden District Council has produced a Christmas events and market flyer highlighting the merry goings-on taking place across the District on the run up to Christmas.

“From the Crowborough Christmas Cracker on November 24 all the way through to the Willingdon & Jevington Christmas Carol Evening and Waldron Country Market on December 14, this leaflet highlights a range of the tremendous festive activities and markets taking place across Wealden this Christmas,” said Councillor Roy Galley, Cabinet member for Economic Development. “Take the family and get involved; you’re sure of a warm Wealden welcome and a cracking time.”

The Christmas events leaflet can be downloaded from the What’s on in Wealden page of the Wealden website and covers an exciting range of Christmas markets, fairs, family fun days, Christmas light switch-ons, carols, late night shopping and more.
