Mrs Shirley Clark, Organiser of the Village in Bloom contest sponsored by Pevensey Parish Council has advised me of the winners this year. Congratulations to all who took part!

Overall Winner was Peter Cherry of 29 Coast Road, Pevensey Bay. Second was Moya Campbell, 136 Coast Road and joint third were Corrine Morgan, 2 Sea Court, Pevensey Bay and Daniel Harlow, 10 Camber Drive, Beachlands.

The Community Award went to The Aqua Club and second was the Castle Inn both in the Bay. There were no entries from Pevensey this year.

The judge was Sylvia Mills – thanks to her and to Mrs Clark for her hard work and organisation.
