ALMSHOUSE BUNGALOWS

It is located in Pevensey Bay, close to the village centre. It has one bedroom, living room, kitchem, bathroom, small garden and garage.

Applicants should be people in need who are 60 years of age or over (couples welcome) and are (or have been) resident in the Ancient Parishes of Westham and Pevensey including Westham, Pevensey, Pevensey Bay, Stone Cross and Hankham.

Applicants will be asked to provide references and proof of income.

The property is rent free but there is a weekly maintenance charge of £73.50.
