Two Norman Cavalry spotted riding the Pevensey Levels today, (Wednesday 1 October), with hauberks and shields. What can it mean?

One of our readers alerted us to the scene at about 2:00pm, as the photoshoot at Pevensey Castle was still underway. We would hazard a guess that English Heritage might have the answers.
