The first stage of the Examination in Public of Wealden’s Local Plan begins on Tuesday 21 May.
The hearings are expected to run for seven days including: 21, 22 and 23 of May, and 28, 29 and 30 May, at the East Sussex National Hotel, Little Horsted, Uckfield, TN22 5ES; and on 31 May at the Civic & Community Hall, Hailsham, BN 27 2AX.
The Planning Inspector is Louise Nurser BA (Hons) Dip UP MRTPI who has been appointed by the Secretary of State to conduct the examination to determine whether the Wealden Local Plan is sound and legally compliant, in accordance with planning legislation.
