What gives anyone the right to put all of us at risk with no Emergency service cover?
Just for information; I have been on the phone for the last 40mins talking to a very nice person at NetworkRail regarding Normans Bay railway crossing. The crossing is CLOSED all night again for Railway works and guess what; they did not know about Coast Road being shut and the fact we cant get in or out. They have now reported it and are desperately trying to get the crossing manned tonight so we dont have any more problems like last night with the Ambulance, They will try and cover the crossing until the rail work is finished. The rail works are planned 18-24 months in advanced so how come Highways did not know about the crossing being closed or did they just do it anyway ? What gives anyone the right to put all of us at risk with no Emergency service cover ! ! ! Time now is 23:19

EDITOR NOTE: The full truth behind the scandal of East Sussex Highways and their contingency road planning has now been discovered by local resident Lloyd Stebbings. The truth, it would appear, is that East Sussex Highways did not know that the Normans Bay crossing was closed.
An ambulance, as District Councillor, Dianne Dear , who is also the publisher of Bay Life, made clear on January 31, could not get through to the Beachlands estate on January 30. Are we now looking at a public scandal with the way in which East Sussex Highways have put their contingency road planning for Coast Road In Pevensey Bay into operation? As Lloyd Stebbings asks “What gives anyone the right to put all of us at risk with no Emergency service cover?.
