PEVENSEY BAY LIBRARY

Following a course of events with regard to letters sent to Bay Life about the future of Pevensey Bay Library and various points of view expressed, as the publisher of Bay LIfe I have decided that all letters received by Bay Life will now be held and not considered for publication until an appropriate time for these letters to be read by the community.

At that time all parties that have expressed an interest in the Library will be given an opportunity to express that interest.

Until that time, and in particular since the consultation process is still underway with East Sussex County Council, we will not publish any further letters.

After communication with a number of parties and acceptance of this point, I have asked that any letters with regard to this matter be removed from our online platform until such time as questions about the future of the library can be considered in context at an appropriate time..

At that time I will ensure that all parties concerned will be given an open and balanced opportunity to express their views.

We look forward to hearing what you will say.

Thank you to everyone concerned that has chosen Bay Life as the forum at which to express their views, concerns and hopes for the future of Pevensey Bay Library.
