Pevensey St Nicolas 800 Anniversary
Our 800th Anniversary is over, but the project continues. Led by George’s enthusiasm, and hard work, by the end of the year the fund raised was £175,000. This included a generous grant of £74,900 from the Heritage Lottery Fund, which was agreed in December.
There’s still a lot to do: a schedule of works has been prepared and you’ll probably see scaffolding going up within the next month.
And we still have more funds to raise: the current amount require is £74,400, so watch for more news about our upcoming events.
First is a Barn Dance on 4th February – a date for your diary.
