Actor Alan Baker, a former West End star, will be reading extracts from books by local authors Heather and Tony Flood at a Fundraising Exhibition for St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Eastbourne, at St Wilfrid’s Church Hall, Pevensey Bay, BN24 6HL, this Saturday, August 27th.—Art, Crafts and Photographs exhibition organisers, 22 August 2016

The exhibition and sale of art, crafts and photographs is from 10am to 4pm

Alan will read from 12.40pm from Heather’s highly acclaimed children’s book Mousey Mousey and the Witches’ Revenge and Tony’s fantasy adventure The Secret Potion, recommended by actress June Whitfield for Harry Potter fans.

Signed copies of the books will be available at reduced prices – full details are available from www.fantasyadventurebooks.com and www.celebritiesconfessions.com

The event will be officially opened by artist and gallery owner Nigel Greaves FRSA at 10.30am.

There will be an opportunity to ‘Meet the Artists’ and watch some demonstrations in the morning, while harpist Ruth Foster will be performing during the afternoon.

Raffle tickets and refreshments will be available, and there is free entry and free parking.
