letters-to-the-editor1

Dear Sir

I have asked ESCC Highways for clear details of programme for the delayed works due to start on Coast Road on 28th January but in spite of two requests have only been referred to their letter to residents in early December when the scheduled resurfacing was put back to the end of this month.

I asked whether there were arrangements for the stop/go signs on the diversion to be deployed as they were during SGN’s works and whether some of the large potholes in Sluice Lane had been filled to avoid further damage to vehicles using the diversion: no comment.

I would like to know when access to our homes will be affected so i can plan to mitigate the inconvenience: no comment.

Surely with just a week to go there is a clear, detailed project plan in place? If anyone has knowledge of it perhaps it could be shared on this forum?
