QUEEN’S GREATEST HITS ON AN EPIC SCALE!
QUEEN SYMPHONIC A Rock Orchestra Experience
Congress Theatre, Eastbourne
Wednesday 26 February 2020 7.30pm

The international concert sensation Queen Symphonic comes to the UK for just nine shows and there’s no need to travel into London town to witness this incredible performance as the tour finishes here in Eastbourne, at the Congress Theatre 26 February. Don’t miss Queen’s greatest hits on an epic scale!

Experience the unforgettable magic of Queen, in a rock and symphonic spectacular celebrating the greatest hits of Queen, featuring four powerful rock vocalists (who previously starred in the musical based on the music of Queen ‘We Will Rock You’) and a five piece rock band PLUS the Heart of England symphony orchestra!

British rock band Queen was formed in London 1970 with infamous original members Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (guitar, vocals), John Deacon (bass guitar) and Roger Taylor (drums, vocals) and by the 1980s Queen was one of the biggest stadium rock bands in the world and one of the world’s best-selling music artists.

The band won the Brit Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music in 1990 and after the death of Freddie Mercury the original members were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001, all four were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2003 and in 2005 Queen received the Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Song Collection from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers, and Authors. In 2011 they were joined by Adam Lambert as their front man and just two years ago in 2018, Queen was presented the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Queen Symphonic includes full symphonic arrangements of their most phenomenal anthems blended with a great rock band and performers honouring the greatest hits of Queen: Bohemian Rhapsody; We Are the Champions; Crazy Little Thing Called Love, We Will Rock You and so many more…

Queen Symphonic promises to be something everyone should experience! See for yourselves at the Congress Theatre, Eastbourne on Wednesday 26 February 7.30pm. Tickets from £37 are available online at eastbournetheatres.co.uk or call Box Office on 01323 412000.
