Volunteer Bookings Secretary

Pevensey Memorial Hall already has a well established schedule of regular bookings ranging from dance classes to a playgroup, however there are still some slots available for hire. The Hall Committee are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to co-ordinate regular users and one off lets alike.

Tasks include: show rounds to one off booking enquirers, key handover, issue and return of Booking Form, liaising with Treasurer to ensure hire payment made prior to booking. Attendance at Committee Meetings (approx. 6 per year).
