PEVENSEY DOG SHOW : EXHIBITOR DETAILS

Pevensey Dog Show 2019, organised by Pevensey Parish Council, is a new event designed to educate and entertain. It intends to demonstrate high standards of animal welfare and behaviour in a fun afternoon in the beautiful village of Pevensey. The show takes place between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m on Pevensey Recreation Ground, Wallsend Road, Pevensey Bay, East Sussex.

Pevensey Dog Show Parade Ring will see pooches compete for honours in the following classes: Best Biscuit Catcher, Waggiest Tail, Prettiest Girl, Best Junior Handler, Most Handsome Boy, Best Puppy and Veteran.

There will be refreshments on offer and Polegate and District Miniature Steam railway will be on hand to offer train rides alongside pony rides by Cophall Stables. A Market will be set up in the Town Square, overlooked by historic Pevensey Castle.

We’re looking for exhibitors who may like to join the event to promote their canine related goods or services. The plot size is 3m x 2.5m and exhibitors are responsible for building their site in terms of stock and selling area (tables/chairs/gazebos). Stock vehicles may stay within trade space.

Please note that the event, in its first year, can accept ONLY 3 x Dog Groomers, 2 x Veterinarian Practices, 2 x Dog Walking Companies, 2 x Kennels, 2 x Trainers, 2 x Canine Charities (registered with Charities Commission), on a first come first paid and licenced basis.

* Set in an established Tourism destination

£10 per 3m x 2.5m pitch (no electricity on site, generators to be used if required and must be certificated).

Please note that we cannot guarantee a space as the spaces will be allocated on a first come, first paid for basis.
