Pevensey Court House Museum: Re-opening from March: Volunteers are the first people a visitor sees, would you be interested in doing a shift?

The Court House will be reopening from March at weekends and then from Easter Wednesday to Sunday

We are run by volunteers! Would you be interested in doing a shift, usually three hours in the morning or afternoon.

Our volunteers basically are the first people a visitor sees and someone who can answer their questions and maybe talk about the museum area.

But don’t worry if you do not know loads of local history you’ll soon learn and we are only a small museum. Obviously you need to have some interest in local history and you will be working in a Tudor Building – possibly the smallest Court House and Gaol in the country!
