Difficult one this. PB often looks like 100 cars randomly fell out of the sky and landed haphazardly all over the place. Some awful parking happens. But if parking charges are implemented, it will have a significant impact on businesses and I suspect nearby “walkable” roads will fill up. I don’t know what the right answer is.
