Pay and Display Comes to Pevensey Bay: pedestrian walk ways

Is there any funding put aside for Pevensey Bay pedestrian walk ways. I am looking at the side where the pavement is very wide. Can I suggest the pavement is reduced, and the parking bays lined in preparation of any forthcoming parking restrictions. In addition some greenery like pots and tress as looks like an aging 1970’s hell hole.

If we want to attract tourists and Martello Bay Caravan Park has now got extra caravans, the High Street needs to look half decent.
