Advent Window 2: Birds and Alan Everard: This picture of a robin for Christmas is for Alan Everard and his work. He does so much in this community to promote the cause of the RSPB, birds and nature. I wanted to celebrate his work as one of the community advent windows. His knowledge and concern about birds and nature is of great value to us all. Alan is such a kindly, thoughtful person in so many ways.

Pauline Montgomery is a 90 year old resident who has lived in Pevensey Bay for 14 years, She is known locally as ‘the Whippet Lady’, She was a school secretary for 35 years. She loves children and dogs. This year the Pevensey Bay Journal published an eight page supplement, her twelve community advent calendar windows of Christmas.
