Advent Window 10: St.Nicolas church Pevensey: The church does so much. I have been to a number of concerts there and the entertainment given by the very talented musicians is exceptional. The congregation that supports the church is to be congratulated. The atmosphere and friendliness on these occasions, together with the warm welcome, is noteworthy. Well done to the church, the centre of village social life for so long. We need to remember that the church has been a place of continuous Christian worship for over 800 years, this is extraordinary.
