Awesome, no longer a wassail, the wassail: Thank you to every single person that came to our wassail last night

Awesome, no longer a wassail, the wassail, we reckon there were 600 people, 600 freaky people, there are videos being shared around we need our breakfast. We raied a ton of money, early indications around £500. Every year it is getting bigger and bigger and bigger. Couldn’t believe how many people were there, it was absolutely fantastic. That is the thing, in all the years that we have had a wassail, there has never ever been any trouble. So thank you to every single person that came to our wassail last night. And also a massive massive thank you to the Royal Oak and Castle Inn. The staff can not do enough to help us and have really really got involved”
—Greg Draven, wassail debrief, Pentacle Drummers, Sunday morning 20 January 2019.
