Think global, eat local perhaps as a strapline? New Chinese takeway in Pevensey Bay.—Latest names being considered—Bay Life, 20 June 2017

Will the new chines takeaway have a new name?

The name China Daily is being mooted we understand and gaining traction because the phrase resonates in the modern global age. Quite good that one, whoever came up with the idea. China Daily, the Chinese takeaway in Pevensey Bay has a certain ring to it does it not?

However we also understand that the brilliant name Mr. Wonderful is being considered as well, as the name we understand resonates with a local audience as the name is part of local folklore.

Yesterday we were informed that some women in the village loved the name, because they were want to say at the end of an evening of entertainment, still looking for a good end to the evening and wanting a takeaway..

“Why do we not end up with Mr. Wonderful?”
