I have been working for Sussex Police since October 2006. In this time I have worked in various areas, and now cover Pevensey and Westham. I chose to work within Neighbourhood Policing Teams in order that I can dedicate more time to dealing with local issues that matter to the community.

PCSO Alison Shadbolt
I have been a PCSO for over a year now and enjoying the role. I previously worked at South East Coast Ambulance Service as a calltaker and dispatcher for 999 calls. I enjoyed this role however wanted to be out and about within the community.

I started in January last year and had Wartling as my ward. I now have Wartling, Stone Cross and Westham and see this as much more of a challenge.

I have been employed by Sussex police since 1991 where I have worked as a police officer.
