Letters-to-the-Editor
Dear Sir

It is with regret I have to moan about a great facility but somehow they seem to cockup my and many others repeat prescription every month to such an extent I do not like having to go there to have a monthly confrontation about either they have no record of me or they have tablets which were knocked off the prescription many months before as a result despite saying ” I don’t need them in my bag” which costs the NHS and us a lot of money.

As a result I take what I am given because the tablets I need are in there along with the ones I don’t need.

I am told to contact my GP to change the prescription.

I question my GP and he says he’s already knocked them off my prescription and its Boots fault.

Does any one else suffer the same frustration?
