Chef/Cook required for local pub business
Chef/Cook required for local pub business with healthy lunch and early evening food trade, concentrating on traditional homemade dishes with an emphasis on fresh local produce.

Applicants must be flexible and willing to work some weekends (not Sunday evenings).

The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, skill, a thorough knowledge of current Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements, and an ability to work as part of a small friendly team as well as under their own initiative.

An aptitude for baking and dessert making would be desirable but not essential.
30 – 35 hours per week depending on season.Extra hours possible if willing to work in areas outside of the kitchen.
£10 -£12 per hour depending on experience.
