Chef/Cook, Castle Inn, Pevensey Bay

We looking to hire a Chef/Cook so spread the word please!
Applicants must be flexible and willing to work some weekends (not Sunday evenings).
The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, skill, a thorough knowledge of current Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements, and an ability to work as part of a small friendly team as well as under their own initiative.
An aptitude for baking and dessert making would be desirable but not essential.
20 – 25 hours per week depending on season. Extra hours possible if willing to work in areas outside of the kitchen.
