Bay Hotel sale
. .

Savills, the agent responsible for the sale of the Bay Hotel, Pevensey Bay, our key, historic visitor destination location for people that want to stay with us, appears to have altered the wording on the sale.

‘Under offer’ has now been changed to ‘price on application’ by the agents. Speculation about what might be happening with regard to the proposed sale continues to be a matter of concern and interest across the community.

Adam Bullas speaking on behalf of Savills told The Pevensey Bay Journal today (10 August) “I am not aware that the wording has changed, the hotel is still under offer”.
