The Trustees of The Hospital of St John the Baptisit Trust wish to Announce A Vacancy in one of their Almshouse Bungalows.

It is located in Pevensey Bay, close to the village centre. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen bathroom, small garden and garage.

Applicants should be people in need who are 60 years of age or over (couples welcome) and are resident in the ancient Parishes of Westham and Pevensey including Westham, Pevensey, Pevensey Bay, Stone Cross and Hankahm.

Whereas the property is rent free, there is a weekly maintenance charge of £115

Applicants will be asked to provide references and proof of income. Application forms available from
