Structure, composition, content, all the essential elements to a great photograph. The way in which the seashells light has a visceral effect. As someone has already commented, when these finalists images were first showcased ,’I can smell the sea’. As a study this photograph was judged to be of real quality. As an image of the locality, framed, it has all the makings of a perfect postcard.
