Two images by Glenda GeeGee complete the set of 24 finalists in the Bay Life Photographic Competition 2014. In this first image we have a compositionally exact study that has the quality of a poster. The colour sequences give a balance to the portrait and the elements fit together with precision. There is a harmony to the picture that makes it work well. There is a sense of depth and confidence to the work which makes it an obvious choice for the final.
