HEADLINE: Suited and rebooted: Car is the Star at Bayside Diner in Pevensey Bay as local headlines start scrolling on their Sony TV screens

Well done to the tech savvy new owners of the Bay Side Diner with their ‘local news headlines’ promoted on their Sony TV screens

They are trialing this week the new ‘breaking local news and events’ profile with some starter screens.

First choice with the trial is the confirmed news that we will be seeing “Vehicles of Yesteryear”, back again in the Sea Road car park in April.

Interesting idea by them, maybe a few tweaks, but seeing local news headlines live in the Bay at the Diner is novel way to deliver breaking news and news about events.

Plans also include news about the opening of the art gallery in the Bay and the forthcoming Pevensey Parish Council Community Information Day.

On Friday we will be seeing news about Anderida House in Pevensey Bay as well as news about the new pre-school in Pevensey that is to open soon.
