COMMUNITY The Haven Players, Stone Cross: Summer Panto! – The Pied Piper of Hamelin

JOBSBOARD Part time staff, Royal Oak and Castle Inn, Pevensey

Well done to Parish Clerk, Malcolm Lawson for getting us the information that we need to know, when will the grass verges be cut?

Vital that they are cut, before we disappear into the undergrowth. Note also his comment about where complaints/comments should be directed.

On the case, more congratulations to Pevensey Parish Council for lobbying on behalf of the community and getting us the answers that we need to a situation that is getting to be beyond a joke. As a communication channel to parishioners, their social media feed is a textbook example of what Parish Councils should be doing to keep local people informed.

keep me postedGRASS VERGES
I met with the Highways Steward this week and I am now advised that the verges will be cut on 17th June!

The pavement and kerb weeds treatment will be carried out in July by Wealden as a sub contractor of Costain .

No one advised me that complaints/comments should now be directed through the new website which is www.eastsussexhighways.com.
