16:35, Friday 4 November—Pleased to be home
Just come home via sluice lane the road is starting to flood. I hit the curb being forced over by a large van. No one knew if the stop go men were working So there is now two way traffic. I only saw one man sitting in a car. Heavy rain at the moment so I expect he got fed up with it.
Hated the drive and pleased to be home.
Debbie Beachlands.

Gas Network Upgrade Diary
Throughout the eight weeks work by SGN and East Sussex Highways to upgrade the gas network in Coast Road, Pevensey Bay, as part of a £624,000 project, we will be offering a diary account of each day based on communications with residents, SGN and East Sussex Highways. We are receiving upwards of 30 communications a day and the choice about what to include for our diary is based on some key points that we see for the day. The diary pieces will appear both online and in our newspaper Bay Life the Journal, issue 6 soon to be available in local newsagents.—Bay Life, 1 November 2016
