Beach top properties along Pevensey Bay are likely to be affected by spray generated by the strong winds and large waves. The time and date of high water is 23:57 on Monday 27/02/2017. The total forecast high water is 4.04 metres above ordnance datum, which is the equivalent of 7.69 metres above chart datum. The local wind strength is Force 7 in a South Westerly direction. This flood alert will remain in force for the subsequent tide on Wednesday 1 March at 00:35. This message will be updated by 14:00 on Tuesday 28 February.
