Local people are invited to come along and hear from faith leaders about faith perspectives in health and care at an exciting interfaith event to celebrate National Inclusion Week.

On Monday 23 September 2019, a panel of faith leaders from across East Sussex will gather to discuss how all faiths and none may influence the choices an individual makes about their health, wellbeing, care and support. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of representatives from faiths including Christianity, Humanism and Judaism.

Organised jointly by the Sussex and East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Groups and Lewes and Eastbourne Councils’ Faiths Forum, this free event will take place at Eastbourne Town Hall from 17.00 – 19.00 and forms part of the celebrations for National Inclusion Week 2019. Throughout the week (23 – 28 September), workshops and sessions will be taking place across the country to raise awareness, promote inclusion and celebrate diversity.

Limited spaces are available so booking is required. To book your place on ‘How your beliefs impact the healthcare choices you make’, please visit http://bit.ly/NIWfaithevent or phone 01273 403677
