Also not to be missed is our regular Sunday night general knowledge quiz… not to be taken too seriously, the quality of the banter is often of a higher pedigree than the knowledge displayed! £1 per person entry fee includes round-by-round prizes and half-time nibbles.

Current mine hosts Daina and Paul Martin took over the business in September 2017. Already regular customers, they liked the pub so much that – in the manner of a famous 1970s T.V. commercial – they bought the company!
