Thank you for coming to this wonderful concert and I hope you all have a very enjoyable evening….

East Sussex Association or Blind and Partially Sighted People (ESAB) is a charity working with over 1700 people who have sight loss across East Sussex, Brighton and Hove. Our work includes training, providing equipment, support workers, home visiting, varied and interesting social groups, advice and support. We rely on donations and grants to provide this work and we are very grateful to the Friends of ESAB for having raised £70,000 over the last 4 years. Without the funds provided by all our generous donors we would not be able to help so many people across the county to increase their independence and to help them live a fuller, richer life. 250 volunteers support the small team of dedicated staff to provide care and assistance to our members. Without them we would not be able to function.

Thank you for coming to this wonderful concert and I hope you all have a very enjoyable evening. We are always looking for ways to raise money for ESAB and so if you might be able to put on an event or raise some funds for us we would be very grateful. Please accept my sincerest thanks for coming tonight and please keep supporting us.

Daniel Brookbank (Chief Executive of ESAB)
