Demelza, Guide dogs for the blind and Twinkling Stars to benefit from disbursement of money from major local fund raising effort

Talking to Bay Life today (15 February 2018), local resident, Alison Fulham explained the story with regard to fund raising last year and the decision she and friend, Emma Byres have made, with regard to money raised at two popular public house locations in Pevensey Bay.

In a community message aimed at local residents and everyone that had helped to fund raise, she said, “Myself Alison Fulham & a friend Emma Byers arranged fund raising last year for a young lady that was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Thankfully she was wrongly diagnosed”.

Talking about the decision that the two friends have made with regard to the disbursement of the money raised she said, “we have now decided to donate the money raised from the customers of the Castle Inn and the Aqua bar to Demelza £600 to Guide dogs for the blind £600 and £395 to Twinkling Stars“.

In recognition of what local people had raised last year she added. “I would like to thank everyone that donated”.
