Sonia & I (Stephan) welcome you to our family pub. We are just the place to head for whether it’s for a nice quiet drink, a memorable meal, to take in the music of our bands or to mix with other like minded folk.

On your left when you enter is Sonia’s cosy 36 seat restaurant with open fire. Sonia has created a wonderful Al-a-Carte Menu full of sumptuous dishes from poached cod to good ole cheeseburger. Check out our restaurant page for more information.

On the right is the main Bar Area & further round is our “All Stars” Live Lounge area where we hold all our activities.

A great selection of Real Ales, Variety is the key element for us at The Beach Tavern, being a free house means we are able to offer a better selection of Ales to the beer drinkers of Pevensey Bay, so far we have had nearly 100 different ales over the last 2 years. Newly introduced Pilsner “Urquell Pilsner”. Urquell was the first “pilsen” type beer in the world.

Our wine list is constantly being developed. We currently stock 8 white, 8 red, 2 rosé and Champagne for all those special occasions.

We would like to express our thanks to those of you that voted us “PUB OF THE YEAR 2010″ with Sovereign FM.

We have teamed up with “Call a Cab” a local taxi firm with the lowest rates in the area and have set up some fixed rates from the Beach Tavern to a variety of destinations including the holiday camp sites & a direct one drop of to Eastbourne is only £7.
