I would like to send out a warning to all those neighbours who enjoy time on the water in their kayak. Mine had it’s lock cut off and was removed from the beach last night. The kayak had been hidden next to my neighbours garage. This is the second kayak that has been placed here this year perhaps ready for removal. I also heard of a third kayak that has been stolen from the beach this year and these are just three I’m aware of Pevensey Bay is clearly being targeted by thieves, be vigilant and keep a close eye and ear out for strange activity or people wondering up and down the beach looking at who us out on the water. These people need to be stopped and could be behaving in a way that may not be questioned. Please look out for each other!
