In a new promotion, Bay Life is to sponsor a search for the most connected business in the locality, the business with the best understanding of local economic, social and heritage related issues that by utilising keynote services, events, the web and social media, has demonstrated the most value to the local economy.

We have seven nominations already. The number of nominations accepted will be 12. All businesses considered up until October 31, when nominations will close. Voting will begin on November 1. People will be able to vote of their favourite connected business and the winner of the promotion as ‘the most connected local business in the locality’ will be declared on Friday December 12.

The seven nominated businesses so far are as follows.
