Just had the Parish council planning meeting regarding the Beach Tavern.

The developer is pretty confident they have answered all the concerns of the planning department.

The amended plan will be considered afresh which means that the 49 objections last year may not be taken into consideration as they comment on a different plan. This time there are at present only 11 objectors and time is running out for you to have your say.

Please consider going onto the Wealden Planning site and adding to the discourse.

This is a pivotal application to our village and I can imagine other developers looking on with interest at the outcome as they eye up the next property to over develop.
